Heroku Platform MCP Server
Heroku's official MCP server: lets agents create, deploy, scale and inspect apps, run Postgres operations, manage add-ons and read logs on the Heroku Platform.

Description
Built on the Heroku CLI (v10.8.1 or later required). The recommended way to start it is heroku mcp:start, which reuses your existing CLI login so you do not need to expose HEROKU_API_KEY; it can also run via npx -y @heroku/mcp-server with an API key. Works on the Common Runtime, Cedar Private and Shield Spaces, and Fir Private Spaces. Heroku describes it as in early development, so tools may change.
