Description
Runs locally with npx -y @pinecone-database/mcp (Node.js 20+) and a PINECONE_API_KEY; without a key it can still search the documentation. Pinecone also offers a separate Assistant MCP server per Pinecone Assistant, available as a managed remote endpoint or a self-hosted Docker container.
Agent access

- Pinecone: Managed vector database for AI agents and applications: semantic search, knowledge retrieval and long-term memory at scale.
- Qdrant MCP Server: Official Qdrant MCP server that acts as a semantic memory layer: `qdrant-store` saves information with metadata and `qdrant-find` retrieves it by similarity.
- Supabase MCP Server: Connects AI assistants to your Supabase projects over MCP (hosted with OAuth 2.1, or locally via the Supabase CLI).
Guides & comparisons
- Data analysis agent stack (Stack): An agent that answers questions from your data: it queries DuckDB files, a ClickHouse warehouse or Postgres through read-only MCP servers, runs heavier analysis in a sandbox, reads spreadsheets and PDFs, and is tested and traced so you can trust the numbers.
