Tools: `get-schema` (labels, relationship types, property keys), `read-cypher` (read-only queries, enforced via `EXPLAIN` and Neo4j's query-type classification), `write-cypher` (disabled when `NEO4J_MCP_READ_ONLY=true`) and `list-gds-procedures`. Install with `pip install neo4j-mcp-server` or a release binary/Docker image; configure via `NEO4J_MCP_*` env vars (the older `NEO4J_*` names are deprecated since v1.6.0). Supports HTTP transport with authentication as well as stdio; docs cover Aura setup. Latest v1.6.1. This is Neo4j's official server; the earlier Neo4j Labs servers live in `neo4j-contrib/mcp-neo4j` (MIT).
