Description
One package gives both a CLI (mobilebuildmcp) and an MCP server (mobilebuildmcp mcp, or npx -y mobilebuildmcp@latest mcp without installing). Install with Homebrew (brew tap getsentry/xcodebuildmcp && brew install mobilebuildmcp) or npm. mobilebuildmcp init installs two optional Agent Skills that teach agents the MCP tools or the CLI. Requires macOS 14.5+, Xcode 16+ and Node.js 18+ (not for Homebrew); device tools need code signing set up in Xcode. Sends runtime error telemetry to Sentry, with an opt-out. The old xcodebuildmcp npm package and xcodebuildmcp.com now point to the new name.
