Description
Breaking change in the current version: it requires MCP 2026-07-28 clients and adapters, with no legacy initialization, transport sessions or protocol downgrade (see docs/mcp-2026-07-28.md). Tools are registered resources routed by a Tool Gateway Router MCP server.
