Experimental MCP extension defining a static JSON card that describes a remote MCP server's identity and transport endpoints so clients can find and connect to it.

Description
Tracks SEP-2127; not yet an accepted MCP extension. Recommended location is GET <streamable-http-url>/server-card, and cards can be discovered through AI Catalog entries. Cards carry name, version, remote endpoints, headers and supported protocol versions, but deliberately omit tool/resource listings and local-install metadata (that stays in the MCP Registry). TypeScript source of truth plus generated JSON Schema; Apache-2.0.
