Description

A plugin is a directory with a required plugin.json manifest, optional skills/ (Agent Skills format) and mcp.json (stdio, Streamable HTTP or legacy HTTP+SSE servers), plus reverse-domain namespaces for client-specific extensions. Initial Technical Steering Committee includes maintainers from Amazon, Cursor, Microsoft, OpenAI and Vercel.
