Self-hosted: the setup guide deploys it to a local Kind cluster (Kubernetes), with a reference EKS deployment; warm pools and base snapshots cut cold boots. An E2B Compatibility Wrapper (ECW) lets the tested E2B Python SDK talk to it. Written in Rust; 0.8.0 is the public baseline and the API may still change before 1.0. Snapshots, checkpoint and rollback are incubating and hidden unless enabled.",
