Scores come from the same scanner as HOL Guard (PyPI `plugin-scanner`/`hol-guard`), with a companion dataset (HashgraphOnline/hol-plugin-security on Hugging Face) and the Apache-2.0 list hashgraph-online/awesome-ai-plugins. Commercial reuse or bulk extraction of the scores needs HOL's permission. Operated by HOL DAO LLC; submitted by HOL via issue #27.",
